Our Watermelon Caprese is inspired by Chef and Author Ale Gambini who wrote the Foreword for our book. This sweet and salty dish will be a big hit at any picnic, lunch or dinner party. This salad can be enjoyed with a side of toasted Italian bread or paired with a protein of your choice.
