About Us

Our grandmothers were two Sicilian sisters among ten siblings who grew up in the Great Depression.  Both our grandmothers and mothers taught us to cook without measuring, so we use quanto basta (qb), which means “just enough!”  That way, if you enjoy more of a particular ingredient, feel free to add it.

We are three Sicilian cousins who want to cherish what we learned from our mothers and grandmothers and pass it on to future generations.  We hope you can make as many memories in your kitchen as we have in ours.

During our digital launch weekend on Amazon, our cookbook Don't Cut the Basil: Five Generations of Authentic Italian Recipes went #1 Best Seller in four countries (the United States, Italy, Canada, and the United Kingdom) for a total of 34 Best Seller categories and earned twelve #1 placements!

We sincerely appreciate everyone's support.  Grazie e mangia!!
